ABOUT

Our mission

At Lightspeed Littles, our mission is to provide a comprehensive, research-backed early childhood education curriculum that optimizes child development during the critical years of growth. With decades of experience operating childcare centers, we understand the challenges faced by parents and educators in determining age-appropriate learning concepts and skills. Publishing this curriculum was not our original intent, but after putting all the work into building it for our own childcare center, we thought it would be an excellent resource to share!

Our curriculum is the result of extensive examination of peer-reviewed research and meta-analyses conducted by my husband, a career data analyst, and myself, the owner of a childcare center. By distilling the wealth of available scientific knowledge into an accessible and actionable format, we aim to empower providers, parents, and students with the tools they need to maximize their learning potential at each developmental stage.

Timing is paramount

We believe that by introducing the right concepts at the right time, based on the latest findings in early childhood development research, we can help children build strong foundations in essential areas such as language, social-emotional skills, and problem-solving. Our goal is to support childcare centers, educators, and families in providing the highest quality early education possible, setting children up for success in kindergarten and beyond.

Through our commitment to research-backed, age-appropriate learning, Lightspeed Littles strives to be a leader in early childhood education, helping to shape the futures of young learners everywhere!
